Executive Coaching
Senior leadership can mean making consequential decisions while balancing the needs of your organisation, your people, your clients, and other stakeholders… as well as yourself.
Executive coaching gives you confidential space to work through complex situations in greater depth, consider perspectives you may not have had time to explore, and make decisions with greater clarity. It also gives you the opportunity to step outside the immediate pressures of your role and look more closely at the wider organisational context, including the impact of your decisions and the expectations that come with senior responsibility.
As a former Vice President who spent years leading a global team, I bring firsthand leadership experience alongside my coaching expertise. I understand what it’s like to lead within a complex organisation, where decisions can affect people with different roles and priorities, and where the responsibility for making those decisions ultimately rests with you. That experience helps me understand the context you’re working within while keeping our coaching centred on you and what you need.

Leadership Coaching

Leading people can bring situations you haven’t encountered before, even when you have considerable experience in your field. Whether you’re leading in industry or academia, you may be working out how much direction to give, finding it difficult to delegate, or dealing with different expectations and needs across your team.
Leadership coaching gives you space to explore what’s happening, understand the different perspectives involved, and decide how you want to respond. We can also explore the kind of leader you want to be and how your decisions and actions can align with your values.
Our work together takes a strengths based approach, helping you recognise and draw on what you already do well while exploring where you’d like to make changes. From there, we can identify practical strategies that work for you, your role, and the people you lead.
Career Coaching
Career decisions can feel more complicated when different priorities pull you in different directions. You may be reconsidering what you want professionally, wanting to make better use of your strengths, considering how you want to progress, or exploring another role or direction.
Career coaching helps you explore your situation in greater depth and understand what matters most to you now. We can look at your values, strengths, interests, and motivations alongside the practical realities of your circumstances, giving you a clearer basis for making decisions about what comes next.
I work with people at different stages of their professional lives across both industry and academia. Depending on your needs, I can bring relevant tools or exercises into our sessions to help you understand what you want and consider your choices more clearly.

Burnout Coaching

Burnout is recognised by the World Health Organization as an occupational phenomenon resulting from chronic workplace stress that hasn’t been successfully managed. It can involve exhaustion, increased mental distance from your work or feeling more negative about it, and changes in how effective you feel professionally.
You may be dealing with high levels of stress or overwhelm, concerned about the possibility of burnout, or adjusting after a period of burnout. The support you need at each of these points can be different. Coaching can help you understand what’s contributing to your experience and consider what could make a difference for you.
As a Certified Burnout Coach, I bring specialist knowledge and relevant tools into our work. I’ll listen without making assumptions about what you should be able to manage, giving you space to consider what support or changes could be helpful in your circumstances.
Neurodiversity Aware Coaching
You may want support with different aspects of your personal or professional life, such as prioritisation, task switching, expressing what you want to say in the moment, or dealing with noise, lighting, or busy environments. Coaching can help you understand what works well for you and where changes or adjustments could make things easier to manage.
My coaching is neuro-affirming and respects your strengths, needs, preferences, and individual experience. We can explore what works for you rather than starting from expectations about how you should do things. Depending on what would be useful, we can consider practical strategies and adjustments that are suited to you and your circumstances.
As a Certified Neurodiversity Aware Coach and Certified ADHD Coach, I bring specialist knowledge into our sessions while keeping the coaching centred on your experience, what matters to you, and what you want to explore.
