About Me

My approach to coaching

My style is approachable, empathetic, and thoughtfully challenging. Whether working one-to-one or with groups, I aim to meet people where they are to create an inclusive and reflective space that supports growth without judgement. My work is about creating spaces where people feel safe to think deeply, question assumptions, and reconnect with what matters to them as well as their teams, projects, and communities.

Having lived in the US, England, and Germany before settling in Wales, I carry an international perspective and a deep appreciation for the richness of diversity and the many ways people find purpose in their work. I truly enjoy working with clients to support leadership that is inclusive, reflective, and grounded in genuine connection.

My professional background

Over nearly 30 years, my professional path has taken me from leading teams in the private sector to coaching and training leaders in academia as well as industry.

Working in the corporate world, including as a Vice President at a large financial services company, taught me that leadership is as much about how people are treated as it is about what gets delivered. Over time, that awareness grew into my current work, where I support clients through coaching and facilitation to lead with clarity and communicate in ways that strengthen trust and collaboration.

Since qualifying as a professional coach and trainer, I’ve coached hundreds and trained thousands of leaders and emerging leaders on areas such as communication, feedback, team dynamics, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, neurodiversity awareness, managing stress, decision-making, change management, and career development.

Qualifications and professional certifications

I hold a dual-degree Executive MBA (Duke University and Frankfurt University) and a Professional Certified Coach credential (International Coaching Federation). I’ve also undertaken additional training to support clients who identify as neurodivergent or who are navigating stress, grief, or burnout. In addition, I’m a Master British Certified Trainer.
